What is Nutrisense?

We started Nutrisense because so many people were doing everything they were told. Eating less, working out more, following every plan, and still feeling stuck. The problem wasn’t willpower. It was that no one could see what was really happening inside their bodies.

With Nutrisense, our goal has always been to change that. We started with a simple vision: giving everyone access to data from a continuous glucose monitor, an app that simplifies that data, and a dietitian who knows how to translate it into your daily life.

It’s not another diet. It’s not just more raw data. It’s a system that helps you truly understand your body, and finally make changes that last.

Nutrisense receives HLTH’s Food as Medicine Award, highlighting its role in advancing preventative, nutrition-driven healthcare.

2023

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics accredits the Glucose Certification Course: the first program of its kind, establishing a new professional standard for glucose-based nutrition coaching.

2022

Nutrisense creates and launches a proprietary Glucose Certification Course to train its growing team of registered dietitians and certified nutrition specialists. Every coach must pass before working with members, establishing a level of expertise unmatched in the digital health field.

2021

As one of the first to pair such in-depth data with cutting-edge insights in the Nutrisense app, they continue to train a team of carefully selected registered dietitians and certified nutrition specialists to deliver truly personalized guidance based on unique metabolic health data.

2020

Nutrisense leads the way in expanding access, helping make FDA-approved continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) available online. For the first time, anyone in the U.S. can view their glucose responses to monitor and manage their metabolic health.

2019

Dan and Alex launch Nutrisense with a clear mission: to break free from the reactive model of the U.S. healthcare system and give people direct access to their own health data.
