Nutrisense nutritionists are required to meet standards of continuing education in order to maintain their credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration and the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists. Beyond this, they actively participate in peer-based research reviews and knowledge sharing as described above.
Registered Dietitians (RDs/RDNs) and Certified Nutrition Specialists (CNS) are differentiated by the type of academic and professional requirements they’ve met as well as their credentialing agency.
