Kendra Jarnagin, RDN, LDN, CLT
Kendra Jarnagin is a registered dietitian and licensed dietitian nutritionist, with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky. Her BS and following dietetic internship at the University of Michigan Medical Center laid the foundation for her career in nutrition.
Initially focused on clinical and outpatient settings, she specialized in heart disease, diabetes, and weight management. However, through her own personal health journey, she also discovered holistic nutrition. Today, she finds joy and fulfillment in coaching clients with a holistic perspective, viewing food as medicine for conditions such as weight management, IBS, migraines, and certain autoimmune diseases.
Outside of work, she enjoys listening to podcasts and reading books about nutrition, finding joy in cooking, and leisurely walking her dog. Most importantly, spending quality time with her family adds a deeper sense of purpose to her life.
