Elizabeth DiBiase, RDN
Elizabeth DiBiase is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with over 20 years experience, and a focus on integrative and functional nutrition, with dual degrees in Dietetics and in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
She specializes in gut health, peri/menopause transitions, autoimmune disease, and prediabetes. With a commitment to making healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable, she empowers individuals to prioritize long-term wellness over quick fixes. Elizabeth's holistic approach draws from her training as a certified yoga instructor, where she embraces the connection between mind and body in achieving vibrant health.
Elizabeth fosters a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel safe on their journey towards optimal health and well-being. When not working you can find her traveling with her husband and daughter or basking in the Colorado sun.
