Cindy obtained her Bachelor and Master of Science in Dietetics and Human Nutrition from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She has worked in clinical nutrition in both Canada and the US for over 10 years, adding Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist to her Registered Dietitian credentials. She held management roles in her last two hospitals, and has also explored the competitive field of nutrition sales.
