Do you Accept HSA or FSA?

Certain Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can be used for Nutrisense programs. We recommend checking with your fund to see whether our program would be covered either in full, partially, or not at all.If your fund does cover Nutrisense, we'll be more than happy to provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your HSA or FSA provider. When the time comes, feel free to email [email protected] to request your receipt.

Can I Cancel my Nutrisense Subscription?

When you sign up to Nutrisense, you agree to be charged monthly for the duration of the program you selected. All members have the ability to snooze their program at any time if they need to take a break for any reason. If you need to cancel your program before the termination date, you’ll be required to pay an early cancellation fee. Contact our customer support team for assistance if you would like to pause or cancel your program.

Does Nutrisense Help With Weight Loss?

The Nutrisense program is designed to help you reach your wellness goals, including weight loss. Real-time insights from the CGM can help you pinpoint dietary and lifestyle changes to make, and you’ll also have access to a qualified nutritionist who will help you turn your glucose data into an actionable plan for reaching your goals.

How Much Does Nutritionist Support Cost?

When you sign up for an insurance covered video call, your nutritionist will be made available to you to answer any follow up questions you might have throughout your Nutrisense journey. You can also upgrade your support anytime to unlock monthly unlimited support and quick, 24-hour response times for just $100/month. If you do not opt into insurance covered video calls, you will receive 1 month of complimentary weekly check ins from your nutritionist, during which time you can also upgrade to unlimited support. You also may upgrade to ulimited support any time after your complimentary period ends.

How Will My Nutritionist Help Me?

Glucose and health data can be confusing, but your nutritionist can help make sense of it all. They will work with you one-on-one through video calls and the in-app messaging feature in the Nutrisense app to help you achieve your wellness goals. By analyzing your data, they will suggest lifestyle changes that are personalized to your body. With your nutritionist's help, you can create weekly, manageable habits and track them to meet your health goals. They act as your coach and keep you motivated and accountable

What if I need to cancel a video call?

To cancel a video call, members can find the reschedule or cancel link in the appointment details email. Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are free, but any cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee. Regardless of coverage, insurance will not cover or reimburse this cancellation fee.
To reschedule a call, members should message their nutritionist in the Nutrisense app. Non-members may reach out to Nutrisense support for all cancellation and rescheduling concerns.
