What type of coaching style do you prefer?

Do you know your Blood Glucose values?

Are you aware of how glycemic variability, or the “swings” in glucose, can impact longevity?

Great! You know that when our glucose spikes to suboptimal levels repeatedly, it can promote cellular aging. This can also trigger the production of advanced glycation end products (or AGEs) that can lead to serious health conditions and advanced aging. Reducing the production of AGEs can support longevity and health span, and we can work on that together by tracking your glucose in real-time.

Do you think protein is important when it comes to glucose management?

Protein’s role in glucose absorption in your body is to slow down or blunt the release of glucose into your bloodstream. While the metabolism of macronutrients is similar, each one has a different impact on blood sugars.

That’s why we will be working together to understand what works better for your specific metabolic needs. A balanced diet is key but remember it is ok to indulge occasionally, this helps us stay consistent with eating well. We will help you find the way 😉
