What should I expect by the end of the program?

You’ll also know how to modify your exercise, sleep, and stress levels, and how to track your progress over time. With the guidance of your expert nutritionist, you’ll create a personalized strategy based on your CGM data and personalized goals.

What does the one-on-one nutritionist support entail?

You will be paired with a dedicated nutritionist who will help you understand your glucose data, create a tailored plan incorporating diet and lifestyle changes, and provide guidance throughout your journey. The goal is to enable you to reach your health goals and make improvements based on real data and expert advice.

Are the group video coaching sessions mandatory?

The group coaching sessions are not mandatory, but we highly recommend you attend. They provide a great opportunity to learn from expert nutritionists and connect with like-minded individuals who are on a similar health journey.

How will I know if my glucose levels are improving throughout the course?

Throughout the course, you'll be using a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) to track your glucose levels in real-time. You'll be able to see these changes visually in the Nutrisense app and discuss them with your nutritionist. Over time, you'll be able to notice trends in your glucose levels as a result of nutrition and lifestyle changes.

How much time commitment does this course require per week?

The time commitment varies depending on individual needs and pace. However, you can expect to spend at least 15 minutes per week on learning the material, applying the principles to your lifestyle, and communicating with your nutritionist. It's important to remember that successful changes come from sustained, consistent effort over time.

What kind of lifestyle changes will I need to make during this course?

The lifestyle changes will vary depending on your current habits and glucose readings. They may include adjusting your diet, incorporating certain types of exercise, improving sleep hygiene, and managing stress. These changes will be tailored to your individual needs, with the guidance of your dedicated nutritionist.

What happens if I still have questions or need further support after the course ends?

After the course, you will retain lifetime access to the Nutrisense app, where you can continue to access valuable information and resources. We also encourage you to continue being a part of the Nutrisense program and staying in touch with your nutritionist for any further questions or support needed.

Do you accept HSA or FSA?

Certain Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can be used for Nutrisense programs.

We recommend checking with your fund to see whether our program would be covered either in full, partially, or not at all.

If your fund does cover Nutrisense, we'll be more than happy to provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your HSA or FSA provider. When the time comes, feel free to email [email protected] to request your receipt.

Do you accept health insurance?

Currently, Nutrisense is unable to accept Health Insurance for our programs. We are continually working towards getting coverage and will provide the Nutrisense community with any updates.
