Tristan has always been driven by a desire to help others and became passionate about a career in nutrition because it allows her to focus on preventative health and individualized care. She believes in a food as medicine philosophy and a holistic approach to health and wellness centered around each person's unique lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Tristan received her Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from The National University of Naturopathic Medicine and completed her dietetic internship through Iowa State University. She has experience as a personal chef, cooking instructor, and nutrition counselor. Tristan specializes in culinary nutrition and currently owns a seasonal restaurant in upstate NY where she enjoys cooking for her local community and patrons.
