Madison Holt is a registered dietitian/nutritionist (RDN) and a licensed dietitian (LD) with a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University. She has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, community nutrition, and in diabetes clinics. Her areas of expertise include ketogenic nutrition therapies, metabolic health, and diabetes prevention and management. Madison is passionate about using an individualized, food-first approach to nutrition and wellness with a specific focus on chronic disease prevention.
