Lucas Wilkerson, MS, RDN, LDN

Lucas Wilkerson, RDN, LDN, is a licensed dietitian nutritionist who grew up in central North Carolina. His interest in nutrition sparked early on in his college career when he took his first introductory nutrition class and realized how important nutrition is for our health and performance. From there, he obtained a BS in Nutrition, a BS in Kinesiology, and an MS in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Early in his career, Lucas’s focus was on sports nutrition, acting as a performance dietitian at Wake Forest University and the University of South Carolina. Lucas also has experience working in the outpatient setting, helping individuals with Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, and Metabolic Syndrome manage their blood glucose and optimize their health. Lucas has a passion for helping others succeed, and his goal is to guide you into optimizing your health.
